que significa esto?

Problemas con el firewall.

Fijate dandole entrada dese el firewall de windows al cssteam, o mejor desact el fire de windos

Fijate si tenes desactivado el firewall

Mi pc > Mis sitios de red > Conexiones de red > Cambiar configuracion de Firewall de Windows

yo que tengo xp , lo que tengo asi.
